Some people will worry that a boot camp holiday will be expensive. Because you are paying for a tutor to help you with the different exercises and training session, there will be a cost involved. It is likely to be more expensive than just having a hotel in that area.
The cost will vary though, depending on how long you decide to do the course for and which one you choose. If you go abroad or choose a luxury course then it could be dearer than something in the UK that is a bit more basic.
You have to think about what you want to get out of it and decide how much you are prepared to pay for that. If you want a foreign holiday then you will have to pay a bit more.
It is important to think about the cost to your health as well. If you do not do the boot camp, you may not learn more about how to look after yourself. You will not learn about keeping fit and healthy, about how to eat well and exercise safely. You will also not learn about how hard to push yourself when exercises. All of these things are very valuable lessons and you may be in a situation where you actually cannot afford not to do the boot camp.
Health is so important. If we are not fit and do not know how to eat sensibly then we could really suffer. We could get all sorts of aches and pains, illnesses and diseases and the quality of our life will be lowered a lot. Therefore if we get fit and healthy, our future could be a lot happier. The cost of the course may seem slightly irrelevant when you think of in terms of your future, how long your will live and your quality of life.
